Around 11:20 a.m. several explosions thundered in Odesa.
It happened right after Ukraine, Turkey and the UN signed the treaty on marine export of Ukrainian grain at Dolmabahce Palace (Turkey) on July 22nd.
The treaty provides for creation of “green corridors” for export of Ukrainian grain at three ports in Odesa Region: the Odesa Port, the Southern Port and the Chornomorsk Port.
The Ukraine’s representative did not sign any documents with Russian directly.
