Russian propagandists openly call for violence against the civilian population of Ukraine, which confirms the deliberate nature of Russian attacks on civilian objects in Ukraine.

This opinion was expressed by journalist Denys Kazansky. According to him, those who doubt the intentionality of Russian strikes on civilian targets in Ukraine obviously do not watch Russian television.

"There, state propaganda has long been calling not to spare civilians because they donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and call [the so-called] L/DPR “Lugandon.” If they used to say that “there are many Russians in Ukraine who need to be saved,” now they say that no one should be spared, everyone is a Nazi and an enemy, and openly call for the genocide of an entire nation," Kazansky said.

As such, Russian propagandist and Putinist Volodymyr Solovyov on his program on state Russian television openly called for violence against Ukrainians.

"And everyone keeps saying, what's the point, we shouldn't fight with the peaceful population of Ukraine. Oh dear, let's feel sorry for them, let's feel sorry for them. Let's feel sorry for all those who donate their money to create a drone army. Let's feel sorry for all those who happily gather volunteers and send them there. Let's feel sorry for all those who applaud the murder in Sevastopol. Let's feel sorry for all those who, since 2014, have not seen the bloody tragedy unfolding in Donbas, who joyfully shouted about Lugandon, who enjoyed the flow of looted goods from Donbas..." Solovyov said.
