Russian Troops Kidnapped 17 Residents of Kherson Region

The Russian military kidnapped and detained around 17 residents of Kherson Region.

According to Euromaidan SOS, at least nine people were detained and kidnapped by Russian troops in occupied Kherson Region. Three more locals were reported missing by Professor Ivan Moiseienko, PhD in biology. The Mayor of Hola Prystan town mentioned another 5-6 victims of kidnapping.
