Russians Are Likely Preparing a Terrorist Attack Against a Hospital in Seized Territory– CNS

Russian military intends to shell one of the hospitals in the seized Luhansk Region in order to blame the Armed Forces of Ukraine of an attack. According to the resistance movement, the Russians plan to hit a civilian healthcare facility, the National Resistance Center reports.

"The enemy invasion administration in the temporarily seized territories of Luhansk Region has a serious problem with the mood of the local population. The key is the aggravated humanitarian crisis in the region. One of the reasons is the transition of civilian medical institutions to the service of the Russian military. In particular, ordinary residents are simply kicked out of hospitals or refuse to provide services," the National Resistance Center explains.

Residents of the temporarily seized territories are urged to be as attentive as possible near civilian infrastructure facilities.
