Russians Carried Out Powerful Artillery Strike Against Kharkiv Using MRLS Systems: Many Casualties, Including Children

On September 9th, the Russian Army carried out a powerful artillery strike against the city of Kharkiv using the multiple-rocket launching systems. The shells landed in Shevchenkivskyi District of the city. At least 10 people, including three children, suffered injuries according to Ihor Trekhov, the Mayor of Kharkiv.

Based on preliminary data, the shells also hit a kindergarten and caused fire at the gas station. No casualty details are yet reported.

"The shells hit private houses and caused multiple fires. We also report shell explosion at the children creativity center, a local school and a sport infrastructure facility. The kindergarten in the ct downtown is on fire. I strongly urge all residents of Kharkiv to exercise extreme care and stay in the shelters”, he posted.
