Russians forcibly take out foreigners from Ukrainian Kherson and arrange staging plots: SSU intercepted conversation

The SSU has obtained evidence that FSB officers are fabricating fakes by organizing the forcible evacuation of people from the temporarily occupied territories. This was reported by the Security Service of Ukraine.
