Ternopil has declared three days of mourning from November 19 to 21 following the deaths caused by overnight Russian shelling. The city is honoring the victims by limiting public entertainment events and lowering flags.
This was reported by the Ternopil City Council.
“The enemy struck an industrial facility and two residential buildings located in the "Soniachnyi" district. The attacks caused heavy damage and civilian casualties. Following the tragedy, all entertainment events in the Ternopil City Territorial Community have been canceled, and flags at all government institutions will be lowered,” the statement reads.
