Russia’s terrorist army is hitting Ukrainian regions in a set sequence, and the next wave of missile and drone attacks may fall on cities in the Prydniprovia region.

Military analyst Denys Popovych said this in a comment to 24 Kanal.

The expert recalled that the previous strike, on the night of November 14, targeted Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv. This time, Russia’s overnight attack was directed at Ukraine’s western regions.

According to Popovych, the next strikes may hit cities in Prydniprovia — Dnipro, Kremenchuk and Poltava — after which Russia may again launch attacks on Kyiv.

“That’s roughly the sequence I see,” he noted.

Popovych explains that Russia uses massive numbers of drones and ballistic missiles specifically for attacks on the capital, since Kyiv is shielded by Patriot systems.

For strikes on other cities — such as the latest attack on Ternopil and Lviv — the enemy relies on Kalibr and Kh-101 cruise missiles launched from the sea and from strategic bombers.

Denys Popovych stresses that Russia continues its campaign of terror, striking not only energy infrastructure but also residential buildings across Ukraine.
