Text of the Peace Formula: Zelenskyy announces when the document for ending the war will be ready

The text of the Peace Formula, containing all the conditions for a fair conclusion of the war, will be ready by November 2024, to be presented at the second Peace Summit.

This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during the "Ukraine – Southeast Europe" summit.

"Since July, we have been working on the points of the peace formula. By November, a document will be ready that outlines detailed conditions for a just end to the war. We are also preparing for the second Peace Summit," Zelenskyy said.

At the same time, the question arises of how to compel Russia to participate in the summit and adhere to the Peace Formula, as Zelenskyy reminded that Russia is currently avoiding "honest and open diplomacy."

According to him, a plan of measures has been developed to rectify the situation before the upcoming Peace Summit.

"This plan will deprive Russia of the ability to threaten Europe. This plan has already been presented in the U.S., and now we are sharing it with all our partners to achieve our goals," Zelenskyy said.
