President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported on the aftermath of the Russian missile strike and the results of the rescue operation in Kramatorsk, where on the evening of August 25, a body was recovered from under the rubble of a hotel.

This was mentioned in the President's evening address.

"Among those injured were journalists - members of a Reuters news crew. Citizens of Ukraine, the United States, and the United Kingdom. A regular city hotel was destroyed by a Russian "Iskander" missile. Absolutely deliberately. As a result of this strike, seven people were injured, and one person was killed," Zelenskyy reported.

The President expressed condolences to the families and loved ones of the reporters. He also emphasized that on the same day, August 25, the enemy carried out strikes on Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson and Donetsk regions.

"And for all this, the world must not relent in its pressure on the terrorist state. For the missile strikes, for the aerial bombs, for the assaults. For this entire war. Russia must be forced to seek peace," Zelenskyy stated.

He also expressed gratitude to all of Ukraine's partners, who are genuinely helping, and to the leaders who are working towards a more secure defense for our country and more reliable positions.

"But time means losses. And the longer we are forced to wait, the more damage Russia will inflict. All our conversations with leaders, all negotiations are about this. About the speed and strength of joint decisions. About the implementation of our agreements. The world must not forget for a single day that together we are stronger than any terrorist. But for this, we need to do everything necessary to ensure that the terrorist is defeated," Zelenskyy stressed.
