The Russian occupiers attack Ukraine's energy infrastructure with drones. This is a cheap way to cause significant destruction.
Andriy Chernyak, Spokesman of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, told the "Financial Times" about this.
According to him, drones are mainly used by the occupiers to disable or destroy valuable transformer substations. At the same time, for new shelling, the Russians use not reserves but new missiles.
He clarified that Russia accumulated enough missiles to carry out one or two massive strikes on our country. This accumulation allows Russia to use this stockpile in the near future or within a few weeks.
As a result of the recent massive attack on Kharkiv, on the night of April 4, the "Neutron Source" nuclear facility has been disconnected from the external power supply.
After the power outage at the facility, the emergency power supply system was activated, turning on the emergency diesel generators. According to information from the State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate, the radiation situation on-site remains within normal limits.
