The Office of the President explains what a 30-day ceasefire will entail

The 30-day ceasefire proposed by the United States will involve not only a lull in fighting on the front but also a halt to air attacks. This was stated by Deputy Head of the Ukrainian President’s Office Ihor Zhovkva in an interview with "Ukrinform".

According to him, this refers to what is known as a complete ceasefire.

"First and foremost, this includes the cessation of airstrikes by any type of weapon – whether ballistic and cruise missiles, guided bombs, or UAVs, including long-range drones. So, the first aspect is a complete ceasefire in the air," Zhovkva said.

The second aspect is a ceasefire at sea, which involves unblocking transport maritime routes and ensuring the safety of shipping.

"Also, yesterday a ceasefire on land was agreed, including along the line of contact. So, this is a comprehensive ceasefire," Yermak's advisor concluded.
