The Russians attacked Kyiv region with Shaheds almost all night: what is the aftermath

On the night of July 5, Russian troops attacked Kyiv region with combat drones. The air alert was announced several times, it lasted more than four hours.

This was announced by Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Ruslan Kravchenko.

Air defense forces worked in the region during the air alert. Enemy targets were shot down. There were no hits on residential or critical infrastructure, the Head of the Regional Military Administration said.

As a result of the falling debris from the downed targets, private houses and a car were damaged in one of the territorial communities. Windows were broken and fences were damaged.

"All emergency services are on the scene. Work is underway to eliminate and further document the aftermath of the attack," Kravchenko added.
