As always, Russians are terribly afraid of pro-Ukrainian people and expressions.

The Russian authorities have criminalized the slogan "Glory to Ukraine!" and emblems of Ukrainian insurgent organizations from the time of the Second World War.
This information is reported by the Russian propaganda publication "Novoe Vremya."
What is "banned"
It is noted that this includes organizations that "deny the findings of the Nuremberg Tribunal." The Russian Ministry of Justice has included symbols of the OUN, UPA, UNS and UNRA in the list. Additionally, the phrase "Glory to Ukraine!" and its response, "Glory to the heroes!" have also been included in the prohibited list.
"Engaging in the “use, display, and promotion” of symbols and slogans may result in administrative liability under Article 20.3 of the Administrative Offense Code, in the form of a fine or arrest for up to 15 days with confiscation. Repeated "propaganda" is subject to criminal liability under Article 282.4 of the Criminal Code," the message says.
