The Russians have intensified attacks on yet another front: what does the military say? 

The Russian occupying army has intensified attacks in the Zaporizhzhia direction. Enemy forces are trying to break through the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, they are not successful.  

"Legion of Freedom" Spokesman Kostiantyn Denysov told about this, Ukrinform reports. 

"As of six o'clock in the morning, the artillery fire has not ceased. The enemy is firing from everything it have," a serviceman reported.  

According to him, it is likely that in the next few days, Russian troops will focus on artillery. This is because a storm warning has been announced in the region. Meteorologists predict prolonged rains, so the Russians will not be able to actively use drones and assault infantry.  

"Even their infantry, which tries to infiltrate our positions, - 99% of them die. There are several areas where positional battles are taking place. Despite the advantage in manpower, the occupiers cannot advance and dislodge our guys from their positions", Kostiantyn Denysov said.
