Transnistria "Government" Was Getting Ready for Explosions Beforehand: Local Authorities Had Set Up Their Own Bunker

The explosions that happened in Tiraspol, the capital city of the so-called Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on April 25th were most likely a deliberate provocation devised by the Russian secretive agencies.

Such conclusion can be drawn based on the intercepted secret documents released by the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

From these papers, it appear that the so-called “Transnistria Government” was getting ready for yesterday “grenade launcher” attacks in advance and even had set up a well-protected and comfortable underground shelter.

On April 22nd, Vadim Shmalenko, the Secretary of the Transnistria’s “Governmental Commission for emergency Response” wrote a letter to Vladimir Bychkov, the Head of Kamenskiy District Administration. The letter contained instructions to urgently (before 4:00 p.m. on the same date) provide information about availability and location of a “protected command post for civil defense of the city”.
If no existing facilities were available, the local government was instructed to urgently set up a fortified underground shelter in the district.

“Clearly, this case is another provocation devised by FSB in order to indoctrinate the public opinion with panic and anti-Ukrainian sentiments. The initial intentions of the “masterminds” being these attacks were to justify the war against Ukraine or draw the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic” into the armed conflict either through military recruitment of mobilization reserves or as the base of operations for future offensive of Russian troops”, the Ukrainian intelligence officers reported.

Based on the Defence Intelligence’s data, the Federal Security Service of Russia will likely continue a series of provocative terrorist attacks in Transnistria.
