The International Maritime Organization has accused Russia of negligence following a tanker accident near the Kerch Strait, which caused significant pollution in the Black Sea.
This was reported by Ukrainian Navy Spokesman Dmytro Pletenchuk on the United News telethon.
According to him, Ukraine, together with international experts, is preparing legal claims against Russia. A legal assessment of the damage is currently underway.
"This is a complex and lengthy process involving hundreds of people, most likely. However, everything begins with an evaluation," Dmytro Pletenchuk says.
