In his Telegram account, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi showed the moment of a powerful Russian missile strike in Dnipro in the morning of November 17th.

"Here's another evidence from Dnipro of how the terrorists want peace. It's morning. A peaceful city and people's desire to live their lives as usual. Going to work, running errands. A missile strike! The terrorist state really only wants to bring more pain and suffering to Ukrainians," Zelenskyi wrote.
