Zelenskyy explained what danger the frozen conflict poses for Ukraine
If Russia is not punished for the genocidal war, everything will be repeated, and it won't be limited to Ukraine alone.

A potential frozen conflict is a deadlock. It is the same as war, but without the ability to respond to the enemy.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized this during a conversation with African journalists.
Ukraine cannot afford this
Zelenskyy pointed out that a frozen conflict deprives hope for the future and investments. Few will want to invest in a country if it's unclear what its tomorrow holds.
"I lived in Ukraine during the frozen conflict, I was not the president. After 2014, after the Russian occupation, everyone was in this mood: "listen, let's sign some Minsk agreements, let's do something, there will be a frozen conflict." Because we are in such a deadlock situation - no one can move anywhere," the Ukrainian leader recalled.
"A frozen conflict is just like a war. The President compared such conditions to a dormant volcano that will inevitably awaken - it's just a matter of time.
"We understand this beast - it will regain its strength and move on anyway. That's why we cannot afford any deadlocked situations," the Supreme Commander-in-Chief assures.
A deadlock is a temporary weakness. Zelenskyy is convinced: if we want to end the war, we have to end it.
"Let the entire world know that whoever comes and conquers, who seizes and kills, will be held accountable. If there's no any responsibility, all this will be repeated - both in Ukraine and in the whole world", - the President of Ukraine summed up.
