Zelenskyy identifies what can accelerate the end of the war next year 

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says that decisive actions now can accelerate the just conclusion of Russian aggression next year. The "victory plan" will serve as a practical means to force Russia into peace.

He made these comments online after meeting with a bipartisan delegation from the U.S. Congress. Zelenskyy said that he met with the bipartisan delegation of the US Congress and informed them about the current security situation and prospects for the next year, about what Russia is preparing for. "At the end of the year, we have a real opportunity to strengthen cooperation between Ukraine and the United States. Decisive actions now can accelerate a just conclusion to Russian aggression against Ukraine next year. Our victory plan will help practically compel Russia to peace," the President said.

He noted that American leadership plays a critically important role in defending freedom worldwide. Zelenskyy thanked Congress, both parties, and both chambers for their unwavering commitment to this cause.

He added that he was looking forward to the meeting in Washington, to present a "winning plan" to US President Joe Biden and both presidential candidates.
