Zelenskyy is preparing another plan for the war – media

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy is preparing another plan, focusing on internal actions to help the country endure the war.

According to BBC Ukraine, citing government sources, Zelenskyy has tasked authorities with developing proposals for a so-called internal action plan aimed at helping Ukraine remain resilient during the war. It is noted that this is not an alternative to the Victory Plan.

According to the government sources, the document will address internal decisions across various sectors, including the defense industry, military, economy, social policy, and others.

As envisioned by the President, the plan will consist of steps that Ukraine must carry out independently.

"The President has already given instructions for the development of this plan," said a source from Zelenskyy’s team.

The document is expected to be prepared and presented to Ukrainians by the end of the year.

"The goal is to do everything possible to maintain unity and achieve progress in various areas of the country’s development," the source added.
