Zelenskyy named the countries without which Russia would not be able to wage war

The aggressor country Russia is not capable of waging war in Ukraine by its own forces. Moscow copes with the help of Iran and North Korea, which supply weapons for the occupying army.

This opinion was expressed by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in his speech at the beginning of the "Ramstein" meeting.

According to the Head of State, Russia cannot afford a new "arms race" at the moment.

"Russia cannot wage this war on its own. It needs Iran; it cannot manage without “Shaheds”. It needs North Korea," Zelenskyy emphasizes.

The President notes that at present, Russia is slowly withdrawing from various key points in geopolitical rifts. This is because the Kremlin lacks its own strength.

"Nevertheless, it still has the strength to stoke conflicts and turn them into full-scale tragedies. This is especially evident in Israel and the Middle East," added the Ukrainian leader.
