Zelenskyy named the main problem at the front

The front is not just a matter of personnel. Ukrainian soldiers are lacking weapons. There are brigades that are only 60-70% equipped.
This was stated by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in an interview with Polish media.
"There are brigades that are equipped with weapons at 60-70%. Some things are in process. Some are arriving. And some are not arriving at all. This is happening. In the last year, many processes have been delayed, and they depend on many factors. In particular, supply processes were slowed down due to slow decisions in the U.S. Congress. This led to the fact that we were defending ourselves with fewer weapons and fewer people," Zelenskyy emphasized.
He stressed that Ukraine does not treat people as cannon fodder: "It's about the persons who are defending Ukraine, but who, first and foremost, must protect themselves."
He also highlighted that Russia is facing problems with personnel. In particular, this is why Moscow has engaged North Korean troops.
