Zelenskyy outlined how to make Putin "helpless" and end the war.

He said Ukraine could conclude the war through diplomatic efforts and military strength. Zelenskyy made these remarks at the European Political Community Summit in Britain on July 18.

"We can end this war through diplomatic efforts and military strength. We should not miss these opportunities," Zelenskyy stated.

"The more effective our air defense systems are, the more helpless Putin will become. The fewer restrictions we have on the effective use of weapons, the more Russia will move towards peace," the President emphasized.

He reminded that planes, taking off from Russian airfields were bombing Ukrainian civilians, including children.

"All these airfields need to be destroyed. This will not only remove one of the objectives but also destroy Russia's capability to continue this war," Zelenskyy reassured.
