President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, commented on the Russian missile attack on Kyiv on March 25 and reiterated that we desperately need air defense to effectively fight the enemy and save human lives.

He wrote about this on Telegram.

"Thank you to the rescuers of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the police, utility workers and all involved services who are eliminating the consequences of the Russian attack on Kyiv this morning. Russian terrorists struck the capital with ballistic missiles. Unfortunately, there is damage to buildings in ordinary urban areas. At the moment, there are reports of five injured. The clearing of debris is ongoing," the President wrote.

"We never tire of repeating that Ukraine needs more air defense. This is security for our cities and saved human lives. All of us in the world who respect and protect life must stop this terror," he added.
