Zelenskyy stated the conditions under which negotiations with Russia are possible: “The question is relevant"

A meeting will be held in Switzerland as part of the Economic Forum. Ukraine will work to ensure that representatives of all continents, including the Global South, are present there.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this during a press conference on December 19.

"We have a “Peace Formula” - the only platform that works. The last meeting in Malta was very good. After that, the meeting will be held in Switzerland as part of the Economic Forum. There will be such a security segment. We will work to ensure that representatives of all continents, including the Global South, are present, as well as eight dozen countries," Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized.

He also added that after this meeting, Ukraine will work on organizing a summit at the level of leaders, because the last five points of the "Peace Formula" will be worked out at this meeting.

"The first five points were worked out between advisors during the meeting in Malta... There will be an agreement among countries on fundamental matters with which we will start working and prepare the relevant document. When the corresponding document is ready, then we can hand it over to representatives of the Russian Federation in one form or another," Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized.

According to him, when all countries of the world can unite around this document, it can be delivered to the Russian side through the United Nations or through other world leaders.

"If they are ready to accept this document, it will indicate that the question of negotiations is relevant. Right now, it's not relevant. I don't see any request from the Russian Federation, I don't see it in their actions. I only see arrogance and killing in their rhetoric," the President noted.
