Zelenskyy updates on frontline situation: Key danger zones identified

Currently, the Russian army is focusing its efforts on the Pokrovsk direction, with around 100,000 soldiers deployed there. However, the invaders are facing difficulties.

President Volodymyr Zelensky made the remarks during a briefing with journalists on August 29.

«They are preparing offensive actions in any case. The important thing is that we know this and have control, ” the President emphasized.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces are conducting active operations in Kharkiv, particularly in Kupiansk. According to the President, 30 Russian saboteurs have been neutralized over the past two days.

In the Sumy region, Zelenskyy said Ukrainian defenders are pushing out the occupying troops. No changes have been reported in Zaporizhzhia region. However, a threat persists as the occupiers are «amassing their airborne forces, and this group is quite substantial.»
