Kharkiv is recovering from a massive enemy attack. Around 1 a.m., the Russians shelled the city with "Shaheds." According to the regional prosecutor's office, between 13 and 15 strikes were recorded in the Kholodnohirskyi district, most of them in the industrial zone. A large fire broke out. In addition to industrial sites, more than 20 private homes were also damaged. At least 8 people are known to have been injured, including three children.
This information was reported by TSN correspondent Yuliya Boyko from the scene.
"We are now near one of the enterprises that was damaged during the night. As you can see, the building is severely damaged by the explosion and fire. Around us, everything is covered with shards of glass and debris from sleds that the enterprise manufactured," says Yuliya Boyko.
The enemy heavily attacked only one district of the city – Kholodnohirskyi. Explosions rang out one after another, locals say. According to the regional prosecutor’s office, there were between 13 and 15 explosions. People managed to hide, but their homes did not survive. At least two dozen private homes are affected, but the inspection of buildings is still ongoing, so this number may increase. Eight people suffered an acute stress reaction, including a whole family: a couple, a 16-year-old girl, and a 7-year-old boy. According to the prosecutor's office, a 9-month-old infant was also injured.
"The first explosions started, and then - one after another. Everyone was in shock. I saw the first two — it was terrifying. One of them fell just 10 meters from my house," says Liliya.
As a result of the strike, two civilian enterprises caught fire. They are still burning, and according to rescuers, the fire covered an area of 1500 square meters. The prosecutor's office clarifies that the enterprises produced household goods — sleds and polypropylene. Other entrepreneurs also stored materials in this building, of which only charred remnants remain.

"We had a warehouse of building materials here. As you can see, this is all that’s left… practically everything is destroyed, there are some remains, but very little. Where the fire was, there was equipment. Well, what can I say... war," says Svitlana, a tenant of the premises.
Although rescuers are still fighting the fire, utilities workers have already begun closing broken windows and cleaning the area. Law enforcement officers are also working here, inspecting the streets for evidence of the Russians’ latest crimes.
Russians also shelled Kharkiv region. They used air bombs and drones.
