Last night, the Russian army launched 74 drones at Ukraine, including 54 strike "Shaheds". Kharkiv came under a targeted attack — at least 14 drones.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this in his address.
According to the Head of State, the shelling resulted in hits and injuries, including three children. All victims are receiving assistance.
Russian strikes also targeted Odesa and Sumy regions. In Sumy, an FPV drone attacked a substation, while in Nikopol (Dnipropetrovsk region), Russian artillery damaged a power line, leaving nearly 4,000 subscribers without electricity in two regions.
Zelenskyy separately emphasized the massive bombings in Sumy region — just in the past day, the enemy dropped nearly 50 guided aerial bombs.
“The systematic and constant nature of Russian strikes clearly shows that Moscow disregards the diplomatic efforts of partners. Putin does not even want to ensure a partial ceasefire,” Zelenskyy said.
The President urged allies not to delay:
“There is no need to wait until April 11, when it will be a month since Russia’s "no" in response to the U.S. proposal for a ceasefire. Action must be taken as soon as possible.”
