US can utilize Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, Zelenskyy says

Ukraine is ready to provide its energy infrastructure to the United States for the supply of oil and gas to Europe, a move that should completely eliminate European countries’ dependence on Russian energy resources.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this in his address on Sunday, October 19.
«There should be zero Russian energy resources in Europe, and the signals from America are clear now—they are ready to supply Europe with as much gas and oil as needed to replace Russian supplies. Our region has the necessary infrastructure and the necessary potential, which can significantly contribute to Europe’s energy independence, ” he emphasized.
The Ukrainian President noted that the Ukrainian delegation, during its stay in the United States, «made its proposals to America regarding gas infrastructure, nuclear power generation, and certain other projects.»
According to Zelenskyy, work is ongoing to finalize the details of the agreements reached.
