Head of the Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation Andriy Kovalenko stated this.

Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service has been tasked with expanding the number of agents of influence in countries neighboring Ukraine. The goal is to exert political pressure to block logistics essential for Ukraine. According to Kovalenko, Russia will escalate its interference in the foreign policy of EU and NATO countries, a strategy noted as a direct state policy of Moscow in the coming years.

Additionally, Russia plans to meddle in political processes in Moldova.
