Russian forces may move to the next stage of aggression and launch attacks on arms manufacturing plants in NATO member states.
This opinion was expressed by Maksym Zhorin, Deputy Commander of the Third Assault Brigade.
«If the West’s reaction to all these „stray drones“ remains so weak, the Russians will soon move to the next stage—they’ll start hitting weapons factories and arms transfer points on their territory, ” Zhorin says.
In his view, the Russians are not sending drones to Poland, Romania, or Baltic countries by accident. In this way, they are «probing» NATO’s reaction.
«Our enemy doesn’t do such things just for the sake of it. These are test „actions“ to feel out the response. Since it’s completely absent, this is a signal to Russia that they can keep „working“ further. No one there is going to stop them, ” the military official summed up.
