The country continues to address the aftermath of Russia’s missile and drone strikes targeting energy facilities. Emergency power outages are currently in effect in Kyiv, Kyiv region, Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions.

This was reported by Ukrenergo.

Energy specialists have managed to partially reduce the scale of emergency restrictions for certain consumers. This is particularly the case in Kharkiv region.

“Consumers in Cherkasy region — fully supplied,” the ministry emphasized.

However, in Chernihiv region, the volume of hourly rolling outages has increased. Three separate outage cycles are being applied simultaneously in the region.

“The reason for the restrictions in the region is the aftermath of previous Russian drone attacks,” energy officials stated.

Residents across all regions of Ukraine are once again urged to use electricity sparingly.
