Russia makes new statement on negotiations

Russia has once again demonstrated its unwillingness to end the war, saying that it is up to Ukraine’s leadership to agree to Russia’s conditions for negotiations.

This was stated by Russian diplomat Vasily Nebenzya at a UN Security Council meeting, according to TASS.

“Russia will resolve problems by military means until Zelenskyy comes to his senses and agrees to realistic negotiation conditions,” he said.

The Russian representative also spoke about so-called “insidious attacks” on peaceful Russian citizens.

“Conditions for negotiations for Kyiv will worsen with each passing day. Every insidious attack on peaceful Russian civilians will be met with a harsh response,” Nebenzya said.
