Russia strikes Kryvyi Rih and district: What was damaged
The enemy attacked infrastructure with ballistic missiles and drones in the Zelenodolsk community.
Russian "Shahed" drones
Russian forces attacked Kryvyi Rih with drones on the evening of January 12, and struck the Zelenodolsk community with ballistic weapons and drones, damaging infrastructure and injuring a woman.
Head of Kryvyi Rih’s Defense Council Oleksandr Vilkul said there were no casualties in the attack on Kryvyi Rih. In the Zelenodolsk community, infrastructure was hit by ballistic missiles and drones, sparking a fire. Two private houses and a gas pipeline were damaged, and a 69-year-old woman was injured.
All emergency services, public transport, hospitals and social institutions are operating in Kryvyi Rih, while efforts to deal with the aftermath of the Russian attacks are ongoing.
A support centre for residents of damaged buildings will operate in the Metalurhiinyi district from 08:00 to 17:00. There, people can receive necessary construction materials and apply for municipal financial aid.
Separately, in the Nikopol district, the enemy carried out FPV drone attacks on Nikopol and the Marhanets, Pokrovske and Chervonohryhorivka communities, damaging a private house, a power line and a vehicle.
