Russia struck infrastructure in Konotop: What we know

An urban infrastructure facility in Konotop, Sumy region, was destroyed in a hostile attack. There were no casualties, Konotop Mayor Artem Semenikhin said on Telegram.
The mayor provided few details about the strike, citing security concerns.
«I will only say there are no casualties or injuries and that a city infrastructure facility has been destroyed… I will not comment further, ” Semenikhin wrote on Telegram.
Emergency services are currently working at the impact site in Konotop. Residents have been urged not to publish photos or videos from the scene so as not to help the enemy adjust fire.
