Russian night attack on Odesa region: Latest on casualties and damage
Russia's aggression against Ukrainian civilians claimed another life in the Odesa region.

Russian forces struck the Odesa region once again on September 23, killing one person
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported this.
Rescuers reported that the overnight strike by occupiers on the Odesa region resulted in one fatality and several injuries.
"Unfortunately, one woman was killed, and three others were injured," the State Emergency Service stated.
The strike caused significant destruction:
- A fire broke out in five market kiosks, which firefighters quickly extinguished.
- Buildings belonging to a hotel, Ukrposhta, Ukrtelecom, a cultural center, an administrative services center, and several cars were damaged.
Oleh Kiper, Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, said Russian forces used ballistic missiles to target civilian infrastructure in the city of Tatarbunary in the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district. He stressed it was a deliberate attack.
Emergency services continue to work at the site to deal with the aftermath of the strike.
