Ukraine is working to scale up missile production. Given Russia’s attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure and its preparations to trigger blackouts this winter, the response could be symmetrical.

Military expert Ihor Romanenko said this during a broadcast on KYYIV24.

According to him, efforts are focused on improving the capabilities of UAVs and increasing the production of missile weaponry.

"Ukraine’s strike capabilities are growing — the characteristics of attack drones are improving. Next comes missile weaponry, with combat tests already being conducted on real enemy targets," Romanenko noted.

Since Russia is concentrating its attacks on Ukraine’s energy sector, he said, the response may also be symmetrical.
