Ukraine receives support from partners in various formats — military, financial, and intelligence.

This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a press conference in Kyiv.

“Too early to speak about all countries”

According to the head of state, each country has its own capabilities and limitations:

“There are different countries with different levels of assistance, with different capabilities. And for now, it is too early to say who can provide troops, who intelligence, who will be present at sea, who in the air, and who is ready to fund,” the President noted.

He added that some states cannot be directly involved due to domestic laws but are ready to support Ukraine financially.

Türkiye’s role at sea

Zelenskyy specifically noted Türkiye’s readiness to assist with security at sea:

“Our colleagues from Türkiye have stated that they want to be part of security guarantees for Ukraine regarding the sea. We are professional, we know how to help in the Black Sea, and our presence there will be complete,” the President cited the Turkish side as saying.

Final format of international assistance to be determined

Zelenskyy emphasized that the final format of international support will be formed once the appropriate infrastructure is agreed upon:

“For now, it is too early to speak about all countries. The infrastructure needs to be outlined first, and then we will understand who can help, and in what way,” he concluded.
