Ukraine is preparing a plan for the second Peace Summit, to which Russia will be invited. This plan will include all ten points of the Peace Formula.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this during a press conference on July 15.

The Head of State announced that at the end of July or the beginning of August, there will be the first meeting at the level of ministers and security advisors to discuss the conclusions of the first Peace Summit.

"The first meeting will likely be in Qatar, focusing on energy security. A comprehensive plan for energy security will be prepared there," said Zelenskyy.

Following this, in August, there will be a meeting in Turkey focusing on free navigation and food security, where a plan will be developed.

"In September, there will be a meeting in Canada on the exchange of prisoners and children, and a plan will be formulated there," the Head of State said.

As Zelenskyy notes, "if these three points work," a plan will be ready for all 10 points of the Peace Formula.

"We aim to have a fully prepared plan by November," the Ukrainian President said.

He added that by then "everything will be ready for the second Peace Summit," and "representatives of Russia must attend the second summit."

Zelenskyy also mentioned that other countries could attend the Peace Summit with their own proposals. According to Zelenskyy, this will increase the chances of involving third countries in the summit, besides Ukraine's allies from the EU and NATO.
