A shell hit a pharmacy building: the authorities revealed the details of the terrible attack on Kherson

On Tuesday, October 1, Russian forces shelled the central market in Kherson, where there was a large concentration of people. The occupiers' projectile struck directly into the pharmacy building, where local residents were also present.

This was reported by Oleksandr Samoylenko, Head of the Kherson Regional Council, during a broadcast on the "KYIV24" channel.

According to him, a protective structure is located nearby.

"Some people were selling agricultural products. At that moment, a shot was fired, claiming the lives of seven people. Additionally, there are three people in serious condition, and two more from the market sought medical assistance," the official stated.

Samoylenko noted that the aftermath of the Russian shelling is devastating.
