Alarm on frontline: Expert names sector where situation is worse than everyone thinks

While attention remains fixed on fighting in the so-called Dobropillia salient area, the true crisis on frontline is unfolding on another, less discussed stretch. It is there that the enemy has achieved the greatest successes in recent months, advancing by dozens of kilometers.

This was revealed by military expert in electronic warfare and communications systems Serhii "Flash" Beskrestnov.

According to the expert, the most challenging frontline sector today is not Dobropillia direction.

"The most difficult direction in recent months, where the enemy is actively advancing, is direction toward Pokrovske (not to be confused with Pokrovsk). Here the enemy has advanced 20 kilometers in the last three months and has even entered Dnipropetrovsk region," "Flash" wrote.

This means that the enemy is not only seizing territory in Donbas but has already pushed frontline to the borders of the neighboring region.

The gravity of the situation in the Pokrovske area is also evidenced by personnel decisions from the top military leadership. The expert recalled that Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi recently had to replace the commander of the 20th Army Corps, which is responsible for defense in this sector.

Beskrestnov says that he refrains from assessing who is to blame for the enemy's advance, but the very fact of such a reaction indicates the extraordinary complexity of the situation.
One of the main reasons for the successes of the Russian occupiers in this direction, the expert cited their superiority in unmanned aerial vehicles.

"There are a huge number of enemy drones there, I can see it online. It's tough for our guys there," he added.

This indicates that the enemy is concentrating significant technological resources in this sector to break through Ukrainian defenses. The situation in the Pokrovske sector is critical and requires maximum attention and resources to stabilize frontline.
