At night, Russia attacked the southern regions with drones: where the hits occured

The Russian army once again attacked the south of Ukraine with drones on the night. There were “Shahed” hits in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.

This was reported by the Defense Forces of South of Ukraine.

"In Odesa and Mykolaiv regions, it was not possible to avoid being hit during the grueling combat work," the report says. 

It is noted that the invaders targeted an open territory of one of the infrastructure facilities in Odesa district. There was a fire at the place of the impact. It was quickly eliminated. People were not injured.

In Mykolaiv region, an industrial facility was hit. The attack by the Russian army damaged warehouse buildings. According to preliminary information, there were no victims.

The defense forces emphasize that the Russians attacked the south of the country from the temporarily annexed Crimea and the eastern coast of the Sea of Azov. There were two waves of attack lasting two and four hours. Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed nine strike UAVs of the “Shahed-131/136” type: four in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions each and one in Kherson region.
