Russian propagandists spread an audio file claiming to be "radio communications of Ukrainian militants" in Kherson. However, an analysis of the audio track reveals that this is yet another Russian fake aimed at "demonizing" the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

"Propaganda resources are spreading a fake audio recording of a supposedly intercepted conversation of Ukrainian soldiers in Kherson, allegedly discussing the looting of ambulances and the killing of civilians while searching for narcotic substances," the statement reads.

CCD analysts assert that the dialogue in the recording is staged. The style of communication, intonation, and pronunciation in the recording do not correspond to the real way Ukrainians speak.

"This is a typical example of informational disinformation used to discredit the Armed Forces of Ukraine," emphasized the CPD.
