Five residential buildings were hit, approximately 200 windows shattered, and one building’s roof was damaged in Dnipro, overnight on 23 November.
City Mayor Borys Filatov reported this.
He said that municipal crews have already started cleanup efforts, and experts will examine the most severely damaged nine-story building to assess the extent of the destruction.
The Central District administration is assisting residents with applications to the state-run «eRecovery» program, setting up a dedicated office on site to provide support.
