The main logistic road in Kharkiv region — Borova-Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi-Kupiansk — is actually under the fire control of the occupying army. There is a threat in this section of the front.

This was reported by Viktor Petrovych, a serviceman of the 77th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the air of the “KYIV24” TV channel. “There is a threat in this direction, possibly from a logistical point of view. The enemy is trying to break through to this road. In fact, the situation is quite difficult because this road is already under fire control. Despite the numerical superiority of the enemy, we are trying not to let them make any significant advances,” the serviceman said.

The situation in this direction has been cyclically active for a long time, Viktor Petrovych said. Russian forces significantly outnumber Ukrainian troops. In addition, “Wagner” forces have been transferred to this section of the front.

According to the serviceman, the occupiers continue to press. In turn, the Armed Forces of Ukraine periodically reclaim positions from the Russians.

“When the enemy occupies a position, before they have fortified it and established logistics, it is much easier to dislodge them, than when they have established logistics and rotations and brought in ammunition. At this stage, they can be quickly hit with FPV drones. It is very effective to simply bombard them with these drones before they bring in electronic warfare systems. Therefore, yes, there are certain assault actions (by the Defense Forces - Ed.), not massive, but they are present in certain operations,” Petrovych told.
