"As a result of the morning missile strike on the capital, the D-700 water pipeline was damaged in the Shevchenkivskyi district. Emergency crews from Kyivvodokanal are working at the site. The leak has been localized. Water pressure is gradually being restored in the Shevchenkivskyi district. Information about the affected subscribers is being clarified," the agency reported.

According to the latest information, four people have been confirmed killed, and three others were injured.
Kyiv residents reported that the explosions started before the air raid warning signal, which was activated at 5:50 a.m. At that time, people were just leaving shelters after the previous air raid alert caused by a "Shahed" drone attack.

A Kyiv resident named Yulia, who works at a store, shared that after the air raid warning was canceled, she opened the store. However, after that, explosions occurred.

"The air raid warning was canceled, and we opened the store. Then — hits. The doors were blown out by the blast wave. After that, we went out into the street. I was scared. It was terrifying," the woman recalls.

According to Kyiv’s State Emergency Service, rescuers extinguished the fire from three vehicles, and, tentatively, ten cars were damaged. The "Lukianivska" metro station was severely affected, as well as the McDonald's restaurant nearby, an administrative building, and a shopping complex.
