Much more pressure on Russia is needed: Zelenskyy appealed to EU leaders
Every Russian terrorist attack shows that the world's sanctions against Putin's system are not yet sufficient.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed his gratitude to the Ukrainian defenders of the sky for the downed missiles during the enemy attack on Kyiv on March 21. There were over 30 of them, including ballistic missiles.
"It is very important to achieve such results with the Air Defense. And with all partners, we consistently talk about strengthening our ability to defend the sky. Our partners who can help, possess the Air Defense systems needed for this. It is worth helping. It is worth protecting lives. "Patriots "and other systems are needed right now in Ukraine, for our cities and communities," Zelenskyy said.
"Each Russian missile used to attack Ukraine contains components manufactured by companies from other countries, not Russia," the President stated.
There are at least 53 types of such components in the "X-101" missile design. The "Kinzhal" missile has at least 49 types of components that Russia does not produce. A significant part of them is what is made by companies of the free world and is imported into Russia through various "gray" schemes.
"Blocking such schemes and all those who support them is a strong need. We need more sanctions. We need more accountability for schemes to circumvent sanctions. I am grateful to all countries and leaders who are doing this. But pressure on Russia needs to be significantly increased. Just today, just in the missiles used against Kyiv, there were at least one and a half thousand components imported to the terrorist state from normal countries. This must be stopped, and the world has the appropriate levers," Zelenskyy urged.
