Russia has no intention of offering Ukraine negotiations. Instead it offers capitulation.
The Adviser of the Presidential Office talked about it on the air of the telethon.
"Russia is saying: send a delegation to accept the terms of surrender. Stop using the word “negotiations” or the word “elections” regarding Russia. No, it is proposing capitulation to you,” Podolyak says.
He continues that Russia doesn't mind consolidating these territories at this stage.
"When Russia invaded on February 24, 2022, it completely annihilated its reputation, completely shattered relationships with technological markets. I would say not even with democratic countries but with technological markets. It completely closed off economic opportunities in Europe.
It killed 500 or 600 thousand people in Ukraine, I mean all the losses, both lethal and non-lethal. And what is all this for? To take the city of Henichesk? Yes, they want us to be broken," Podolyak added.
Therefore, Russia plans to reformat and go further, increasing the pressure.
