Russia stops attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure: An important nuance noted by the NSDC

The Russian Ministry of Defense has announced that it is halting attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Any new attack on our territory will mean that the Russians are deliberately targeting civilians.

This was written by Head of the NSDC's Center for Countering Disinformation, Andriy Kovalenko.

"After the statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense about halting attacks on energy infrastructure and the mention of the "Ukrainian defense industry," any new attack on Ukraine will mean they are deliberately attacking civilians. I believe it is very important to note this," Kovalenko emphasized.
